Beautiful meal this evening. Scallops in Japanese Wasabi mayo, Sea bass and sticky toffee pudding and raspberry brulee. Couple of pints of proper job and Prosecco. Staff really friendly. Best apart about this restaurant is they do a decent kids menu alongside a banging adults offering. Well worth a visit and great portions too.

Friendly staff, incredible food, couldn't have asked for better. The seafood in the fish pie was the freshest I have ever had and the pork belly was incredibly tender. 100% will book in on our next visit to Lyme Regis.

Absolutely amazing! I didn’t expect much from a sea side inn but we were blown away! Especially having eaten somewhere quite posh the day before which didn’t live up to its reviews- we couldn’t believe the skill of the chef! Never tasted anything like it! We had the catch of the day- gurnard which was so beautifully presented and exquisite flavours with leek and bacon fricasse and pea croquette with shoe string fries- wow! The chocolate pudding was delicious too! So lovely to be by the sea with that atmosphere! morris dancing outside, dog welcome and fast service. Couldn’t speak more highly of the place. Will definitely recommend to friends and return some day! Thanks for a lovely evening! Stunning local art on the walls too!

Busy sunny day in Lyme. The restaurant was fully booked but there were tables out side. Not too cold. The fish pie was delicious and we had the bonus of a terrific view from our table.

Food was great. Went here twice when we were down for a long weekend. The muscles were a generous portion and very big and tasty. Only had seafood here and it was all good. If you are there in peak season I would recommend making a booking

Went to this lovely pub/ restaurant 4 years ago so thought we’d give it another go tonight as we are in the area. As amazing as last time! All home made food as well as being economical: two courses, glass of wine and two double whiskey and lemonades: Cost:67! Stunning! I recommend the homemade pie

This was recommended to us by our hotel owner. It is best to book ahead. We were a walk-in on a Monday night, and the place was full. There is a fish special and other fish/shellfish specials of the day. There was plenty of staff, and we did not have to wait long between courses. It's not cheap, but it's well worth the extra as food is all fresh and excellent.
